An opportunity has become available in a leading commercial law firm for an experienced Legal Secretary based in their Melbourne CBD office. Working within the Workplace Advisory team, you will be providing exceptional support to two senior associates and deliver consistently high standards of service.

Your duties will involve:

  • Typing of correspondence, memos and email communications
  • Billing
  • Organising monthly meetings
  • File & diary management
  • Typing and collation of various legal documents

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft applications (particularly Word)
  • Accurate typing (65wpm or more), spelling, grammar and proof reading skills
  • Knowledge of Keystone Accounting Software or similar
  • Experience in a similar intermediate level role
