Legal Secretary - Property

This rapidly growing mid-tier firm are currently recruiting for an experienced intermediate Legal Secretary to work in their Property team in the Melbourne office.

Supporting a Partner & 2 Lawyers, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Drafting correspondence and property related documentation
  • Liaising with clients
  • File & database management
  • End of month billing
  • Diary management
  • Dictaphone typing

You will be:

  • Efficient
  • Organised
  • Prompt
  • Have a high standard of computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Be competent in transcribing from a Dictaphone

Experience in Property Law is highly desired and familiarity within a mid to large firm is preferred.

Also, this firm are the only professional services firm to close the office at 4:00pm every Friday over the Summer months! Many staff benefits on offer!
