Reporting directly to the Director, your primary responsibility as the Relationship Manager is the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at increasing sales, market share and profitability across the state. Key deliverables & responsibilities will be to; - Prospect for business opportunities with new organisations
- Grow existing client business through your consultative solution focused approach
- Consult & design appropriate learning and development solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver high service levels and achieve excellent levels of client satisfaction
- Project manage learning and development solutions
- Achieve revenue targets and desired profitability levels
- Manage all aspects of contractual arrangements between clients and consultants
This challenging and demanding role will make full use of your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, your reliable and flexible nature as well as your ability to develop and maintain client relationships and manage projects. Experience within a similar position is essential, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferable. This role is a permanent position which would ideally suit an experienced Relationship Manager or Learning & Development Specialist with a proven track record in Sales!
