A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Receptionist to join a fun & vibrant office environment, and work for one of Melbourne s leading law firms based in their suburban practice in Frankston.

Providing quality administrative assistance to the team and exceptional client liaison, your duties will also include:

  • Answering & managing incoming calls
  • Reception duties
  • Diary & file management as required
  • Assist with preparation of documents
  • Liaise with clients
  • General administration support as required

This is an opportunity for someone wanting to step into the legal industry and grow your skills in a supportive environment, being mentored along the way.

You will possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills. Organisational and time management skills are crucial to be successful in this role.

Previous experience in a professional services environment is essential along with a strong client service background. Completion of a Certificate in Business/Legal Admin will be highly regarded.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phones with a professional and mature nature.
