The Melbourne office of this leading Australian Law Firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact and face of the firm! Working alongside another receptionist, your key responsibilities include: - Meeting & greeting all visitors when they arrive
- Answer phone calls
- Manage conference room bookings
- Liaise with appropriate colleagues regarding board room set ups and catering requirements
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
You will need to possess: - Immaculate presentation
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident & respectful phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with room book systems
- Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services firm will be highly regarded but not essential.
