This international provider of Consulting, Training and Staffing services focussed on Business Technology Architecture is looking for an experience Training Co-ordinator to join the team in the Melbourne CBD office on a Part Time basis 22.8 hours (3 days) per week.

Your primary purpose is to organise training events in Melbourne and Sydney as well as act as the key liaison for all facilitators and trainees.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking training enquiries
  • Processing registrations
  • Confirming venue and catering needs
  • Travel arrangement (hotels, flight etc)
  • Liaise with Accounts Department regarding processing & payments of invoices and expenses
  • General administration

You'll need plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a flexible 'can-do' attitude as a critical member of this dynamic team. Your solid MS Office skills, high level attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are essential to this varied role. This is an environment where passion, commitment and respect are key, as is having fun whilst you work!

Extensive experience as an Administrator as well as experience working for a Professional Services/Training &/or IT Vendor would be highly regarded.

This role is a 12 month maternity leave contract.
