We are seeking an efficient Service Administrator/Receptionist to join the team and become an important part in the smooth running of day to day business.
This position involves;
- Scheduling technicians and contractors out to jobs
- Process & record all service jobs & repairs into database
- Monitor and report on all service jobs & repairs
- Entering product details into a database
- Receive and despatch deliveries
- Maintain reception area in a neat and tidy manner
The Successful Candidate
This is a very process driven position which involves a high level of data entry skills and the ability to think on your feet and multi-task. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have impeccable attention to detail with good computer skills.

Previous work experience in a coordination role as part of a busy service centre is highly desirable but not essential, but most of all we are looking for an energetic and personable person who can handle themselves in any situation.
Public transport is within walking distance as well as on street parking in the area. Hours are 8:30am 5:00pm. All database and computer software training will be provided.
This role is subject to a basic Police Check.
