Psychometric Assessments

Rusher Rogers Recruiting offer two equally strong services for Psychometric Assessments.

We are an accredited deliverer of the CareersMultilist (CML) Psychological Testing & Profiling Assessments, which is based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

We also have an alliance with PeopleDynamics, whose personality profiling is based on the McQuaig Formula.

Prior to the Rusher Rogers Recruiting team undertaking both these psychometric assessments, we suspected we had a great team of people who work well together. However, after taking both tests, we knew we were right!

The insights gained from these assessments enabled us to see why it is that we work so well together, how we can be more efficient with our time and what it means to work at our full potential, both individually and as a team.

Using psychological assessments to help with new employee selection is extremely beneficial. What’s more, a team assessment can prove invaluable for many of our clients as a people management tool.

Advertising Response Only Service

Rusher Rogers Recruiting is able to shortlist applicants for interviews in situations where the client is advertising directly. We have a 24 hour phone line enabling us to take immediate responses as soon as the advertisement appears. This also allows for ‘staggering’ the volume of calls, which is particularly useful in large recruitment exercises.

Interview Only Service

In circumstances where our clients source their own candidates, Rusher Rogers Recruiting offer ‘interview only’ services where our consultants will conduct the interview, together with any competencies and skills assessments, on our clients’ behalf.  We can also provide a consultant's summary together with a verbal reference.

Skills Assessment

Rusher Rogers Recruiting offer a number of assessment tools to gauge candidate competencies including all Microsoft packages, various accounting, spelling, customer service, sales, data entry (alpha and numeric) and typing, just to name a few. Market & Salary Services

Our consultants are able to provide generic and specific salary information.  We can advise of the current market trends and give a realistic opinion as to the availability of staff in a particular market segment.  This is generally a free service, however, if the information sought is complex and time consuming, a fee may be charged.

Workplace Behavioral Analysis

Rusher Rogers Recruiting recognise that in today’s fiercely competitive environment an organisation’s employees are its most important investment.  Success or failure depends increasingly on management’s ability to identify and develop employees’ skills and build a cohesive and productive team.

To further assist clients, we work in conjunction with one of our alliance partners Saville Holdsworth Ltd (SHL) to provide a professional and globally recognised behavioral workplace assessment analysis.

90-Day Performance Evaluation

When candidates have been employed with our clients for 90 days, we provide a performance evaluation service. This allows us to assess progress and suitability to the role, ensure the position has met with the candidate’s expectations, identify any potential problems and provide our client with feedback.  This value-added service is free of charge.

There is a fee charged for these services and where specialist contractors are secured, a fee will be quoted individually.  These fees are non-refundable.
