Susie Rogers, Director and Founder of Rusher Rogers, began her working career in the recruitment industry in the UK where she worked as a consultant for a London based recruitment firm focusing on professional services, banking, finance & stock-broking.

When Susie returned to Australia she forged her career with local, national and global recruitment entities, building upon her experience in recruiting for banking, finance, advertising, sales, marketing, promotional, multimedia, as well as support staff across all industry sectors.

Susie established Rusher Rogers Recruiting as a generalist practice for permanent and temporary recruitment, which also offers additional recruitment services in ITSM, IT Security and .NET, which, combined with CareersMultiList, enables Rusher Rogers to provide both national and global reach.

Steve Rogers, Director, joined the team to head up the ICT Recruitment division. His comprehensive knowledge of the ICT and New Media industries - both locally and globally - ensure that clients and employees receive expert advice and service. Further to this, Steve offers extensive experience in the development and management of reseller and alliance channels, senior level account management in major corporations and expertise in strategic business development and planning.

Susie and Steve have created a company that focuses on ensuring a work life balance for their team, and enabling them to live the passion, as well as recruit for it.
